Cancellation Policy

 

At TryKorlem, we process the vast majority of orders very quickly, often within less than 12 hours of confirmation.

1 – Cancellation Before Processing or Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your request:

  • via the cancellation link available in your order confirmation email, or
  • by contacting us directly at:

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations are only possible before the fulfillment process begins. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be canceled.


2- After Processing or Shipping

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, you may still exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
