1- Before Processing or Shipping

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately at

We will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2- After Processing or Shipping

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, you may still exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
