Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days for in-stock items received before 11:00 AM (UTC+1), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed within the next 1–2 business days.

We do not ship on public holidays; any order placed on a holiday will be processed the following business day.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your products and your delivery address.
You can view the applicable shipping fees during checkout before completing your purchase.

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning no additional customs duties or import taxes will be collected upon delivery.

 

Shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland & New Zealand

-Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.

-Shipping fees:

-Orders of $55 or more qualify for free shipping.

-For orders under $55, the shipping cost is $2.97.


Shipping to France, Belgium, and Germany

-Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.

-Shipping fees:

-Orders of $55 or more qualify for free shipping.

-For orders under $55, the shipping cost is $2.97.


Shipping to Other Countries

-Standard delivery time: 5–14 business days after processing.

-Shipping cost: $14.97 per order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If you have not received tracking details within 5 days, please contact us at support@trykorlem.com


Lost or Missing Packages

In the event of a confirmed loss by the carrier, we will offer you:

-A full refund, or

-A free replacement shipment, at your choice.


Events Beyond Our Control & Shipping Delays

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays or disruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to:

-Absence or refusal of delivery

-Natural disasters, riots, labor strikes, acts of war or terrorism

-Customs delays or local regulations

-Air or ground transportation disruptions

-Severe weather conditions

-Or any other event considered Events Beyond Our Control


Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate.
If you need to make a correction, please contact us as soon as possible, changes can only be made before your order is processed.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or for refused or undeliverable shipments (e.g., inaccessible or invalid addresses).

If your order is returned to sender, we can either:

-Issue a refund (minus the original shipping costs), or

-Reship your order upon request.
