Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Korlem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding exchanges, refunds, replacements, and returns.


1 – Exchanges

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

-Exchanges are only available for a different size and/or color of the same product.

-Exchanges for a different product or model are not available.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


2 – Refunds

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Although the legal withdrawal period is 14 days, we believe you’ll love your Korlem experience — that’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction or your money back guarantee, with no fees and no questions asked.

If you’re not satisfied and wish to request a refund:

-You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any express shipping fees.

-Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Used, washed, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.


2.2 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
By law, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


3 – Replacements (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@trykorlem.com with the following details:

-Your order number

-A description of the issue

-A photo or video of the affected product

4 – Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item (whether under your legal right of withdrawal or our satisfaction guarantee).

Return Procedure

-Contact our customer service team at support@trykorlem.com to request your return form and return address.

-Complete the form and include it inside your return package.

-Ship your return to the address provided.

 All returns must include the completed form to be processed correctly.


5 – Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

If you’ve requested a refund, it will be processed under the terms stated in Section 2.


6 – Exchange Shipping Time

Depending on your location, it may take 5–10 business days for your exchanged item to reach you.


7 – Order Cancellations

Most orders are processed quickly (often within 12 hours).
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@trykorlem.com

If your order has already shipped, you can still exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving it.


8 – Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address modifications.
If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will offer you either:

-A reshipment (at your expense), or

-A refund minus the original shipping costs.


9 – Unclaimed Packages

If a package is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier (e.g., after failed delivery attempts or lack of response to carrier notifications), it is not eligible for a refund.

 This does not affect your legal rights in the event of a delivery failure attributable to the carrier.


10 – Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
